Fordham Hill
Fordham Hill is a gated co-op community located in the Bronx, NY. Its well-manicured grounds and beautiful views make Fordham Hill an excellent place to live but, because the Bronx is a less popular borough for home ownership than Brooklyn or Manhattan, the members of the Fordham Hill Owners Corporation desired to develop a messaging strategy and digital presence that helps to increase visibility and interest in ownership to new buyers.
Project Brief
We worked with Fordham Hill's communications committee to develop a strong and comprehensive strategy built around understanding the key buyer audiences and their wants/needs, and educates them on everything Fordham Hill has to offer–including community services and nearby recreational activities. We then applied this strategy to the development of web-friendly content and an immersive website that helps prospective buyers get a digital tour of the community before setting up an appointment to visit in person.
